Body Mechanics is an independently owned small business offering massage therapy in Vernon, CT. I book my appointments with 30 minutes between to allow time for a pre-and post-massage chat about your needs for that session, how you feel afterwards, and ideas for self care at home. I like to take my time, ask questions, get to know you and provide you with the best individualized service possible.

I share my office with other wellness practitioners in a quiet, professional building. I use high quality oils and organic massage cream. There are no extra charges for specialized work or enhancements to your service, such as deep tissue massage, hot stones or essential oils. All of my knowledge, skills and tools are included in your session.

My clients come to me for a variety of reasons; pain relief from chronic conditions, muscle tension from physical or desk work, accidents or simply relaxation. I offer a safe place to relax in a non judgmental atmosphere.
